Northpark Dental was established in the mid-1960s by Dr. Arthur Jallo and was originally located next to Laddie Lake on Central Ave. In 1981, the practice was purchased by Dr. Paul Chadbourn, and five years later, it moved to our current Blaine location. Throughout the years, our team has grown to include general dental practitioners and dental specialists, ensuring every member of your family receives complete, personalized treatments. These include everything from routine cleanings to advanced treatments in orthodontics, periodontics, and oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Paul Chadbourn, Family Dentistry

Dr. Paul Chadbourn is owner and president of Northpark Dental. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College, Dr. Chadbourn earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He has spent over 40 years practicing dentistry in the Blaine area and is extremely grateful for the continued trust that patients have shown in the staff at Northpark Dental. The most rewarding aspect of his career has been the development of lasting relationships with the families that he has had the privilege to treat over the past decades.

Along with Dr. Andrew, Dr. Chadbourn oversees the comprehensive treatment options in our office. He constantly updates his professional knowledge through continuing education programs and has been a life-long member of the Minneapolis District Dental Society, the Minnesota Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Andrew Chadbourn, Family Dentistry

Dr. Andrew Chadbourn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology at St. Olaf College. He then attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2014. During his studies at Nova, Dr. Andrew provided dental care in community health clinics in the greater Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. He currently serves select weekends as a dental provider for the Minnesota Army National Guard.

Carrying on a tradition, he is proud to represent the fourth generation of his family to have earned doctorate degrees in the medical/dental professions. Dr. Andrew is interested in all areas of general dentistry and in providing concerned, trusted care to patients of all ages. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and the Minneapolis District Dental Society.

Dr. Delia Dall’Arancio, Orthodontics

Dr. Delia Dall’Arancio (“Dr. D”) initially earned her dental degree at the University of Bologna, in her native Italy. She then relocated to the United States and undertook advanced training in the area of Temporomandibular Joint Disease at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Following her completion of education in TMJ disease, she pursued a specialization in Orthodontics as well. She completed her Master of Science degree in orthodontics at the University of Minnesota and is able to draw upon her unique professional background in both disciplines to deal with matters of facial structure, comfort, and function.

Dr. Dall’Arancio has been treating patients at Northpark Dental for over 20 years. She is a Certified Invisalign Provider and one of the top providers in the country, having been awarded Diamond Plus status for being in the top 1% of all Invisalign doctors. She is a member of the Minneapolis District Dental Society, the Minnesota Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Douglas Carter, Oral Surgeon - Blaine, MN

Dr. Douglas Carter, Oral Surgery

Dr. Douglas Carter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biomedical Science from St.
Cloud State University, followed by a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, with honors,
from the University of Minnesota. Following graduation, he served in the United
States Navy Dental Corps – including taking part in Operation Desert Shield and
Operation Desert Storm.

Following his naval service, he returned to the University of Minnesota and
completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has practiced
here in the Twin Cities area for over 20 years. Dr. Carter provides a variety of
surgical services, along with the option of sedation, so that our patients are assured
comfortable treatment. Dr. Carter is a member of the American Association of Oral
and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental
Association, and the Minneapolis Dental Society.
